Psychiatrist
We are seeking a Psychiatrist specializing in adult mental health to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based psychiatric care while also engaging with innovative treatments, including psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT).
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions. You will be responsible for medication management, risk assessment, and determining patient suitability for various treatment modalities, including emerging therapies such as ketamine-assisted treatment.
In this role, you will work closely within an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure collaborative, ethical, and patient-centered care. You will also play a key role in providing medical oversight for psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Counsellor

You’ll provide counselling services in-person, by phone, and online, building strong, trusting relationships while helping clients explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful goals.
In this role, you’ll take a holistic approach to care, offering thoughtful assessments and tailored treatment plans. You’re someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage a consistent caseload, while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (or equivalent), is registered and in good standing with a governing body, and has at least one year of clinical experience. You should feel confident supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationships, emotional regulation, family dynamics, ADHD, autism, and grief. Experience working with children and youth, including training in relevant modalities, is essential.
