This interactive 3-hour workshop lead by registered social worker Laura Walter offers a meaningful alternative to traditional self-care approaches to burnout. Rather than focusing on tools or techniques, this experience invites participants to explore burnout through a soulful perspective, one that considers the deeper purpose and meaning that can emerge during times of hardship.
Through guided reflection, symbolic practices, and simple ritual, participants will engage their intuition and explore new ways of relating to exhaustion, stress, and life transitions. The workshop emphasizes experience and participation rather than lectures or reading.
Participants will explore:
-
The deeper meaning that can be present within burnout and difficult seasons
-
Symbolic practices that help reconnect with inner guidance
-
How ritual and reflection can support personal renewal
