During our 2.5 hour session, we use Emotional Freedom Techniques( EFT – tapping therapy) and coaching to help you resolve mental, emotional, and physical distress so you can feel well and THRIVE.
EFT is an evidence-based, non-invasive self-healing technique that involves tapping on the same points used for acupuncture, while repeating affirmative phrases, and using psychotherapy. You tap on yourself!
This technique is used around the world for emotional regulation, rewiring your brain, healing, and calming the nervous system.
