I am a Registered Social Worker. I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. I have over a decade of experience working in a variety of roles. I bring not only past work experience but lived experience as well.  

Life can bring a variety of different feelings, emotions and experiences stirring up things that contribute to uncertainty. I help individuals through a therapeutic process to increase their self-awareness and hold space for authentic acceptance to help them flourish and come to a place of greater self-compassion and restoration. I work with individuals 18+ from a Holistic and Person-Centered Approach. I may implement Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, Talk Therapy, SFBT, Trauma Informed, Mindfulness and Strength based approaches with respect and compassion in my practice.
