Joine Kathy Nicolacopoulos, a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, on a two day journey of self-discovery and empowerment through her a Reiki Level 1 class.

This foundational course will teach you:
– The history and principals of Reiki
– Fundatmental tecniqies and hand placements necessary to channel healing energy to yourself.
– To cleanse and balance your own energy centers to promote inner harmony and vitality
– The skills to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxtions through gentle touch and intention-based healing of Reiki

There are two seperate session dates:
– Saturday May 3 and Sunday May 4th from 10am to 4pm
– Saturday June 7th and Sunday June 8th from 10am to 4pm
