Works with individuals 18+
With over a decade of experience as a social worker, I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and care. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. I believe counselling can be a proactive step toward greater well-being. Sometimes, the goal is simply wanting to feel better, and together we can explore and understand the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to how you are feeling.
My professional background includes working with diverse populations and individuals experiencing health and social vulnerabilities within community and healthcare settings. I have experience supporting people who are dealing with chronic illness, disability, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and relationship challenges.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives. Drawing from training and experience in Anxiety Management, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution- Focused Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
