If anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges are overwhelming you, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to walk through it by yourself. I offer safe, grounded, heart-centred support to help you find your strength, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing.
I’m a registered social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work, and NIHB approved provider, offering culturally respectful, trauma-informed care rooted in both lived experience and years of supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult circumstances. I’ve worked with people navigating homelessness, addiction, food insecurity, incarceration, domestic violence, and systemic barriers — always with the belief that every person deserves dignity, care, and hope.
I’ve also worked extensively alongside First Nations individuals and communities in the North, walking with children, families, and communities through grief, intergenerational trauma, and healing. I honour the role of culture, connection, and community in wellness.
I support people facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, intergenerational trauma, and relationship concerns.
My approach draws on CBT, strength-based and solution-focused strategies, trauma-informed care, and gentle somatic exercises — always tailored to your needs and pace. I’d be honoured to walk with you.
