Healing begins in connection with yourself, your story, and those who walk beside you. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, validated, and gently challenged to rediscover who you are beneath the noise and expectations of life. In our work together, we’ll explore the balance between reflection and growth, stillness and change, finding strength in your story and meaning in your becoming.
My approach is based on trauma- and attachment-informed care, guided by compassion, curiosity, and an anti-oppressive lens. I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self (your culture, gender and sexual identity, abilities, hardships, and dreams) and know that every part of you belongs. Each session is an invitation to slow down, to listen closely to the quiet parts of yourself, and to honour the beauty in your complexity. Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering, integrating, and learning to move through the world as your truest self.
My approach incorporates a blend of evidence-based approaches, each tailored uniquely for you, including:
• Narrative Therapy,
• Solution-Focused Therapy,
• Strengths-Based Therapy,
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
I support individuals 16 and older who are navigating life’s many chapters, including:
• Anxiety and depression
• Stress and burnout
• Emotional regulation and anger
• Relational challenges (romantic and platonic)
• Self-worth, self-esteem, and identity
• ADHD-related emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Transitions (from high school to university, or into new seasons of life)
• The emotional landscape of entrepreneurship and creative work
At the heart of my work is a deep reverence for your story, for the ways you’ve survived, adapted, and continued to grow. Healing looks different for everyone, but I believe it always begins with courage: the courage to turn inward, to feel, to trust again. Wherever you find yourself in this moment, it would be an honour to walk beside you as you rediscover the truth of who you are.
