Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that shape your life. Whether you’re facing challenges, feeling stuck, or seeking growth, I strive to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.

I work with adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Life transitions
  • Stress and burnout
  • Trauma
  • ADHD
  • Relationship concerns
  • Women’s mental health, including:
    • Perinatal and postpartum adjustment
    • Perimenopause and menopause transitions

While my work is grounded in humanistic-existential, psychodynamic, and narrative perspectives, I tailor my approach to each unique client’s goals and preferences, integrating additional evidence-based modalities as appropriate, including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed Parts Work
  • Attachment-Based Therapy
  • Feminist Therapy

Prior to pursuing a master’s degree in counselling psychology, I completed bachelor’s degrees in both philosophy and education and worked as an educator for over a decade. This background continues to shape the way I practice by instilling in me a deep respect for each person’s capacity for growth, a curiosity about the many factors that shape who we are, and a belief that insight is the key to meaningful change.

If you’re looking for a therapist who values curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful exploration, I would be honoured to work alongside you as you deepen your self-understanding, discover new possibilities for growth, and move towards the life you want to live.
